SIH has an opening for a full-time family medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Training:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (CAHEA-accredited), or
- Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (CCNEA-accredited)
- 1 year of experience is preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
- Current Illinois license as PA or APN
- Current NCCPA (PA) or AACC (APN) certification
