Our client is looking for dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in a flexible and supportive work environment. This role focuses on adult outpatient primary care with multiple location options available.
Job Function:
- Provide high-quality care in a 100% outpatient primary care setting.
- Focus on adult medicine patients aged 18 and over.
Job Requirements
- Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility for one).
- Training: Must be an APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting is required.
