Arc Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant to provide outpatient services to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, located in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking clinicians that can start asap and provide ongoing coverage. The ideal candidate is:
- Comfortable caring for patients with multiple chronic conditions and living and working in a rural community.
- Committed to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare
- Compassionate, mission-driven social medicine practitioners
- Interested in joining a dynamic and potentially disruptive social healthcare enterprise
Job Responsibilities
• EHR: RPMS
• Compensation: Competitive, depending on experience and certifications
• Pay Rate: $90/HR for Local
Qualifications
• Any state license
• Board Certified
Must be Local, we do not cover travel and housing. Must be within driving distance of the facility
