Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour day shifts

Licenses & Certifications

Required

• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
• Active Nurse Practitioner License
• Minimum 3+ years of post-training clinical experience
• COVID-19 Vaccination

Preferred

• Primary Care / Family Medicine experience
• Comfortable practicing independently when needed

Practice Details

Setting

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Outpatient only
• Must be comfortable working solo, as needed

Patient Volume

• Approximately 20 patients per day
