We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and other diagnostic studies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling.
• Discuss advance care planning and end-of-life care preferences with patients and families as appropriate.
• Ensure appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Perform office-based procedures within the scope of practice, including:
o Abscess incision and drainage
o Fecal occult blood testing
o Other procedures requiring similar clinical skills and competencies
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in any U.S. state or territory.
• Current and unrestricted DEA registration (if applicable).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or a related setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Current CV demonstrating education, training, and professional qualifications relevant to the position.
