Position: Chinese/English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Chinese/English bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The role involves working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive care delivery across a diverse patient population in multiple New York locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment in accordance with clinical standards and best practices
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment and follow-up care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records
• Provide patient education and preventive health counseling
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable healthcare laws and policies
• Perform patient assessments, prescribe treatments within scope of practice, and coordinate with supervising physicians as required

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license (required)
• Board Certification preferred
• Strong experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care
