Assignment Details:
- Location: SE Missouri
- Start date: 7/1-10/1/26
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
- Avg volume: 12 ppd
- Patient mix: Ages 14-65
- Required procedures: Primary care services, biometric screenings, chronic disease management, women’s health (i.e., PAPs)
- Support staff: 1 Medical Assistant and 1 Patient Service Representative/Community Engagement Coordinator
- EMR system: Athena
Requirements:
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Women’s Health NP
- Active MO license
- Must be Medicaid and Medicare enrolled
