Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Caldwell, OH 43724
Duration: 3+ Months to long term
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Provide routine and emergency medical care
• Review specialty referrals and coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer
• FNP or AGNP certification
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience in Primary Care or Hospital Medicine
• BLS/CPR certification
• DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
