Position Overview

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home health evaluation opportunities throughout Nevada. Providers will conduct pre-scheduled in-home assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexible scheduling, supplemental income, PRN work, travel assignments, or long-term contract opportunities.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Short-term or long-term opportunities available
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling Monday–Sunday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• No nights or weekends required
• Average Visits Per Day: 6–9 visits daily

Responsibilities

Providers will:

• Conduct in-home health evaluations
• Review medication and medical history
• Perform physical assessments
• Complete patient-specific documentation using pre-populated forms

• No prescribing medications
• No ordering labs
• No altering current treatment plans
• Orientation/training modules are unpaid

Travel & Logistics

Airfare, hotel, and rental car may be provided depending on eligibility.

Requirements

• Active State License required
• Board Certified required
• Master’s Degree required
• Clean background required

Credentialing Timeframe

• Approximately 7 days to 2–3 weeks
