- Experienced or New Grad APP needed for a skilled-nursing role where careful observation and confident clinical decisions can change a patient’s entire course of care.
- Move beyond treating isolated symptoms and gain a complete understanding of each patient’s health, history and evolving needs.
- Lead care through physical examinations, diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, medication management and ongoing follow-up.
- Maintain a broad clinical skill set with patient education, preventive care, injections, suturing, wound management and infection care.
- Coordinate closely with physicians, nurses and facility professionals to catch problems earlier and support safer recoveries.
