* Advanced Practice Provider needed for a skilled nursing facility.
*Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care including assessments, exams, and treatment planning
*Perform procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care *Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, wellness, and preventive care
*Comfortable with high acuity patients
*Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards
*Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support continuity of care *Salary: $95,000 – $150,000 + benefits
