Job description
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens opportunity with a well-established outpatient facility in California. This is a great long-term assignment supporting a permanent vacancy.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient Family Medicine setting
- 18 patients per day
- Monday–Friday, scheduled clinical hours only
- Epic EMR
- ASAP start | Ongoing coverage
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to a diverse patient population
- Manage patient panels and ensure timely follow-up
- Complete charting within 72 hours
Requirements:
- Active California NP licence
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- BLS & PALS certifications required
- Board eligible
Additional Details:
- No inpatient work, admissions, or privileges required
- Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days
