*Full-time role working a structured block schedule of 11–12 hour shifts within an established outpatient clinical environment.
*Ideal candidates will have prior NP experience, strong clinical judgment, and splinting/suturing skills (preferred).
*Competitive compensation starting at $120,000+ based on experience, with sign-on bonus and potential educational debt forgiveness.
