Aya Locums is seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for ongoing Home Health locum opportunities across Connecticut.
This is a flexible opportunity offering both short-term and long-term assignments with full-time or part-time scheduling options available.
Position Highlights
- Flexible scheduling available Monday–Sunday
- No nights or weekend requirements
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Average of 6–9 patient visits per day
- Ongoing coverage need
- Opportunities available in and around:
- Bridgeport
- Hartford
- New London
Responsibilities
Providers will conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Visits include:
- Medication review
- Medical history review
- Physical evaluation completed in the patient’s home
Requirements
- Active Connecticut license
- Certified PA or NP
- Willingness to travel throughout at least 3 counties
