🌟 Nurse Practitioner (Family / Primary Care) – MinuteClinic | Flexible Schedule | Collaborative Care

We are actively seeking a compassionate and driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our MinuteClinic team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care while working in a flexible and supportive clinical environment.

🩺 Position Summary

As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. You’ll play a key role in improving health outcomes through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of both acute and chronic conditions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family evidence-based care, including diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on quality outcomes
• Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Encourage patient engagement through health screenings, wellness, and behavioral health support

Administrative Duties:

• Open/close clinic and maintain daily operations
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized environment
• Handle patient appointments and follow-ups
• Verify insurance and collect payments

✅ Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification and active state NP license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience (Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care)
• Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality metrics
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using technology and EMR systems
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure

⏰ Schedule

• 32.5–40 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Flexible scheduling with individual start
