• We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
• The role involves managing a variety of patient conditions while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Provide patient education on treatment and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Qualifications
• Active Washington State NP license required (or willingness to obtain)
• National certification (AANP or ANCC) required
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• Experience in outpatient or specialty care preferred
