We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a dynamic, multi-location healthcare team across Arizona and New Mexico 🌵

🔍 What You’ll Do

🩺 Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up care
📋 Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
💊 Prescribe and manage medications under physician supervision (as applicable)
🧪 Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
🤝 Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
📚 Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention, and lifestyle modifications
🏥 Support outpatient and/or inpatient clinical services depending on site
🖥️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

✔️ Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
✔️ Active license in AZ and/or NM (or eligibility to obtain)
✔️ Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills 🧠
