Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person patient evaluations in or around Casper, WY
- Utilize pre-documented diagnoses to complete patient assessments
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in a secure online platform
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Active Family Medicine or Internal Medicine license in Wyoming
- Experience in clinical evaluations preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth or electronic documentation platforms
