Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)

Permanent | Full-Time | Relocation Assistance Available
Patient-Centered Medical Home Model

She Recruits is partnering with a respected, community-based healthcare organization in Washington State to identify an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who thrives in a collaborative, team-based care environment.

This is an opportunity to practice meaningful medicine within a structured Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model — where coordination, prevention, and quality outcomes are prioritized.

If you’re seeking stability, clinical autonomy, and a team that values your expertise, this is worth a conversation.

The Opportunity

As an ARNP, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with physicians, fellow ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff.

This role supports independent clinical judgment while operating within a coordinated, population-health–focused system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions within ARNP scope
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams on patient management plans
  • Develop individualized patient education and self-management plans
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to guide clinical decision-making
  • Maintain timely documentation (within 48-hour compliance standards)
  • Complete accurate coding and fee documentation
  • Meet productivity benchmarks (3,400 encounters annually, FTE)
  • Participate in daily huddles and coordinated care planning under the PCMH model
  • Identify at-risk populations and manage panel-specific population health initiatives
  • Engage in quality improvement, peer review, and departmental development
  • Support clinical education for student nurse practitioners

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited ARNP program
  • Active RN and ARNP licensure in Washington State
  • Prescriptive authority in Washington
  • Prior patient care experience required
  • Experience with minor surgical procedures preferred
  • Strong understanding of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive exempt salary
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Healthcare and Supplemental Insurance
  • PTO – 128 hours annually
  • 8 paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Continuing Education reimbursement
  • 40 hours of Continuing Education time
  • FSA / HSA options
  • Basic Life Insurance & AD&D
  • Short & Long-Term Disability
  • Employee discounts

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Team-based, collaborative environment
  • Structured workflows
  • Strong quality-driven culture
  • Population health focus
  • Opportunity to practice at the top of your license
  • Stability with long-term growth potential

If you’re looking for:

✔ A structured, patient-centered care model
✔ A collaborative clinical team
✔ Predictable, full-time stability
✔ Relocation support
✔ Strong benefits and CE support

This is a role that blends impact with sustainability.
