Job Title :- Family Nurse Practitioner (Part time)
Location :- Orient, OH 43146
Contract :- 3+ Months with possible extension
Key Duties:
• Provide routine and emergency primary care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams and manage patient care plans
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments/vaccinations
• Order and review labs and diagnostic tests
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-ups
• Perform minor procedures (as applicable)
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and care team :
• Family or Adult-Gerontology NP certification
• Minimum 1 year NP experience
