• We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced primary and/or specialty care to a diverse patient population.
• The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting preventive health and disease management.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform physical exams and record detailed patient medical histories
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation
• Prescribe treatments and medications as appropriate
• Administer vaccinations and preventive care services
• Educate patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Collaborate with specialists and refer patients when necessary
Qualifications
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license required
• National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC) required
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
