Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) - Primary Care

A private organization in Florida is looking to add a new, licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join their growing Primary Care team.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical clinic supervisors and the Case Management team, while also directing the formulation of goals, objectives, strategies, programs, and budgets for assigned areas
• Oversee the coordination and facilitation of ongoing training programs to reinforce safety protocols and best practices, such as the administration of tests, procedural oversight, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate work schedules, ensuring efficient team management, staff development, program delivery, evaluation, and quality control
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and make recommendations for improvements
• Facilitate communication and coordination between clinic staff and other Health Department functions, to enhance the delivery of Health and Human Services
• Assist with the provision of comprehensive health care services (including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care) to promote patient wellness and continuity of care
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing / Family Practice
• Certification in Family Practice
• Possession of an active, current Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)
• Current CPR/HIV certification

Desired Qualifications:

• ACLS certification
• Experience in a Primary Care field and/or setting
