Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to women of diverse ages and backgrounds in a busy clinic setting.
- Conduct thorough assessments, including health histories, physical examinations, and screenings.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients on health management, reproductive health, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Women's Health, Urgent Care, or related settings.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active, unrestricted California NP license.
- Bilingual in Spanish required; ability to conduct full patient assessments independently.
- Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration.
- Excellent communication skills, compassionate patient care approach, and strong clinical judgment.
Workload & Conditions:
- Manage approximately 20-24 patients daily with efficiency and professionalism.
- Enjoy a consistent schedule without night or weekend on-call requirements.
- Maintain a positive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $80.00 to $85.00, commensurate with experience.
