Position: Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health
Location: Harbor City, California
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to women of diverse ages and backgrounds in a busy clinic setting.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including health histories, physical examinations, and screenings.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients on health management, reproductive health, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Women's Health, Urgent Care, or related settings.
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active, unrestricted California NP license.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required; ability to conduct full patient assessments independently.
  • Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration.
  • Excellent communication skills, compassionate patient care approach, and strong clinical judgment.

Workload & Conditions:
  • Manage approximately 20-24 patients daily with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Enjoy a consistent schedule without night or weekend on-call requirements.
  • Maintain a positive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $80.00 to $85.00, commensurate with experience.
