This well-established medical center campus provides comprehensive healthcare services to the MetroWest community. The facility features a dedicated inpatient psychiatric unit that serves patients across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric populations, with a focus on delivering compassionate mental health care.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (NP) - Family Nurse Practitioner
Job Details:
• Provide family medicine services in an inpatient psychiatric unit setting
• Care for diverse patient population ranging from age 10 to elderly
• Handle approximately 52 patient encounters per shift
• Work intermittent weekend coverage shifts
• Must be board certified FNP-BC with 2+ years of experience
• Experience requirement allows for independent practice in Massachusetts
• Position forecasted to continue for approximately one year starting in January
• Must be local candidate who can commute without need for travel accommodations
• Licensed in Massachusetts only - no IMLC accepted
• Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
