What You'll Do
- Conduct patient evaluations and physical exams
- Review health histories and order diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients about preventive care and disease management
- Document encounters within the electronic health record
Qualifications
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with an active New York State license
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
