• We are urgently hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time opportunity in a community-based healthcare setting.
• The provider will work under the supervision of a physician while delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct physical examinations, review medical histories, and monitor vital signs
• Prescribe and dispense medications in accordance with regulations
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patients and care team members
• Provide preventive care and behavioral health support
• Educate patients about disease management, medications, and preventive care
• Refer patients to subspecialists when appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including behavioral health and wellness providers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide coverage for other clinicians when needed
Qualifications
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California
• Current DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
Working Hours
• On-call rotation required
