A well-established FQHC in North Houston is seeking an experienced NP to join a collaborative, team-based outpatient primary care setting serving a culturally diverse community:

Full-spectrum outpatient primary care
-
Treat both pediatric and adult patients
-
Management of acute, chronic, and complex conditions
-
Preventive care & immunizations
-
Uncomplicated prenatal care
-
Minor in-office procedures (EKGs, injections, venipuncture, screenings, etc.)

Patient education & care coordination
-
EMR documentation completed within 48 hours
-
Participation in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active Texas License
Active DEA
Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
Must be comfortable seeing both pediatrics and adults
Community health / FQHC experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, community health environment
Must comply with FQHC regulations and Texas reporting laws
Working Hours
Open to 3x per week
Bilingual preferred
