Job description

Job description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to join our healthcare team and support the continued growth of our Primary Care clinic. This is an in-person position based at our clinic in Denver, CO.

The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive health, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered, particularly those with experience in an outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including management of complex cases.
Provide guidance on preventive care and health maintenance.
Administer medications and treatments as needed, ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient records and communications.
Perform triage for patients presenting with urgent medical issues.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for case management and referrals when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
Engage in utilization management to optimize patient care outcomes.
Stay updated on advancements in psychopharmacology to provide appropriate mental health support.

Qualifications

Current, active PA or NP license in Colorado
DEA registration
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Proven experience in a primary care setting.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
