Family Nurse Practitioner Jobs Details:

• Pay: $131,227-148,138/Yr
• FNP Job Incentives: Production or quality incentive: Yes, there are incentives INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO - providers hitting their expected 9 patients per shift (18 per full day) $12,400 Annually - IF they see 10-12 patients per shift (20 - 22 per full day) $44,000 Annually. Sign on bonus: Up to $25K Retention bonus: Up to $25K PTO: Accrual based upon years of service: 1-4.99 years = 15 days; 5-9.99 = 20 days, 10-14.99 = 25 days, greater than 15 = 30 days Benefits: Full Comprehensive Retirement: 403(b), 457 (b) Profit Sharing CME time: 40 Hours/Calendar Year (no rollover) CME allowance & Licensure, membership fees paid: $5K (split up how they choose to use) Relocation assistance: Up to $25K Federal loan repayment: Up to $300K
