• Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive care to individuals and families
• Focus on health promotion and disease prevention
• Deliver leadership and consultation within care team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
• Educate patients and families for informed decision-making
• Maintain safe and efficient clinical environment
• Support daily operations in cost-effective manner
• Participate in continuing education and professional growth
Qualifications
• Vermont APRN License (or ability to obtain) – Required
• DEA License – Required
• Healthcare Provider CPR – Required
• NP Certification (Adult, Family, or Pediatric) – Highly Preferred
• Two years RN experience prior to advanced degree – Highly Preferred
• Clean malpractice history – Required
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
• Qualified for Medical Staff credentialing – Required
