🌿 A great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in Brattleboro, VT. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care, promoting wellness, and supporting patients and families within a multidisciplinary medical environment.

👩‍⚕️ Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting while working alongside physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform medical care in accordance with APRN licensure standards

  • Provide care to individuals, families, and community members

  • Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness

  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and care teams

  • Provide consultation and leadership within the clinical team

  • Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions

  • Identify patient education and learning needs

  • Maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment

  • Support clinic operations and quality improvement

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

  • Compensation based on experience, education, and market factors

📌 Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

  • Vermont APRN License (or ability to obtain)

  • CPR Certification

  • DEA License

  • Eligible for medical staff credentialing

  • Clean malpractice history

Preferred

  • Certification as Adult, Family, or Pediatric NP

  • At least 2 years of nursing experience prior to advanced degree
