Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) | Full-Time

Location: Renton, Washington

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton, WA area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join its collaborative primary care network.

This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources.

The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program .

Position Overview

  • Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week

  • Same-day access for in-person and telehealth visits

  • Convert patient portal messages into telehealth or in-clinic visits

  • Provide same-day coverage when providers are out

  • Conduct “team visits” for new patients prior to establishing care

  • Perform Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits

  • Assist with inbox management

  • Serve as “Provider of the Day” for urgent walk-in concerns

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys flexibility, variety, and collaborative primary care practice.

Qualifications

  • Open to new graduates

  • Eligible for Washington State medical licensure

  • DEA with full prescriptive authority
