Job Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, order/interprete labs and imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
- Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and support staff.
- Document patient visits accurately in the EHR (NextGen).
- Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and ongoing training.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty.
- At least 2 years clinical experience preferred; functional/integrative medicine experience a plus.
- Strong interest in preventive and lifestyle medicine.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Proficiency with EHR; NextGen experience preferred.
