She Recruits is partnering with a forward-thinking, patient-centered healthcare organization redefining primary care through a blend of traditional and functional medicine. Compensation
$125,000 – $165,000 base salary annually, depending on experience and scope of practice.

Professional Growth
Formal training in functional medicine.
Ongoing clinical development.
Clear advancement pathways.

Full medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.
401(k) with 4% employer match.

Perform comprehensive assessments
Order and interpret labs and imaging
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Create personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle modification, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
Educate patients on prevention and sustainable health strategies
You’ll collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, behavioral health providers, and a well-integrated clinical team. Documentation is completed in NextGen, and quality initiatives are part of the culture.
Who Thrives Here
Licensed NP (FNP, AGNP, AGNP-PC) or PA-C in Oregon (or eligible)
Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Interest or experience in functional/integrative medicine strongly valued
Strong communicator who builds lasting patient relationships
Comfortable in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
Lifestyle
If you love the outdoors — hiking, mountains, fresh air, and actually enjoying your time off — this is the kind of opportunity that supports that life. Meaningful medicine inside the clinic. Real life outside of it.
This is a career move for providers who want purpose, balance, and strong support — while still being well compensated.
