Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week)
- Call Schedule: 1:11
- Weekends: None
- Holidays: None
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000
- Final compensation based on experience, education, internal equity, and market factors
- Provided in compliance with Vermont Act 155
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Specialties Supported Across Group:
- Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Cardiology, Orthopedics
- Post-Acute Care, Urology, General Surgery
- Support Staff: LPNs or Medical Assistants; clerical staff (PSRs, transcriptionists, pre-loaders)
- Independently provides comprehensive primary care services within APRN scope
- Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education
- Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provides leadership, consultation, and patient/family education
- Maintains a safe, efficient, and cost-effective clinical environment
- Actively participates in ongoing professional development
- Education:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensure:
- Active Vermont APRN license (required)
- Board Certification:
- Adult, Family, or Pediatric NP (national certification preferred/recognized by VT BON)
- Experience:
- Two years of RN experience prior to advanced degree preferred
- Certifications:
- CPR (Healthcare Provider)
- DEA license
