Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established and highly respected Oncology practice in Salem, Oregon. Join a collaborative team of 9 physicians and 18 APPs in a supportive and appreciative culture with a practice that recognizes the value of work/life balance.
Overview:
- Flexible schedule: 4-day or 5-day week available
- Average 12-15 patients/day
- Mix of clinic and inpatient responsibilities
- Physician-owned, patient-centered practice
- Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary starting at $130,500+ and additional bonus incentives
- Additional pay for evening call and weekend coverage
- $10,000 commencement bonus
- Relocation allowance for out-of-state providers
