About the Role
We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join an established primary care practice in southern New Hampshire on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, light beeper call, and a supportive clinical environment in a scenic New England community.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Preferred: 5+ years of primary care experience
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
- Eligible for licensure in New Hampshire
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Call Rotation:
1:5 beeper call
Patient Volume:
Up to 18 patients per day
