Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Salary Range: $100,000–$170,000 (depending on experience)

A respected multispecialty practice in Queens is seeking a Primary Care NP or PA to join their outpatient team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about preventative care, chronic condition management, and working closely with a diverse patient population.

Position Overview

• Full-time outpatient primary care within a collaborative multispecialty setting
• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with a focus on health maintenance and chronic disease management
• Work closely with physicians and support staff for coordinated patient care
• Monday–Friday schedule with competitive compensation and growth potential

Responsibilities

• Perform routine exams, sick visits, and follow-up appointments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the EMR system
• Coordinate care and referrals with in-house specialists

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of New York
• Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
• Confident in managing adult patients independently within scope
• Spanish or Russian fluency strongly preferred due to patient demographics
• Excellent communication and charting skills
