A community services organization based in New York is actively seeking a new, licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their staff for an event in Staten Island NY.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (40hr work week)
- Hours: 8hrs per day (some evenings)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough History and Physical (H&P) exams for attendees
- Collect detailed patient histories, including medical, family, and social backgrounds
- Perform physical assessments to evaluate attendees' health status and take vitals
- Order necessary diagnostic tests or screenings on-site
- Provide immediate care recommendations and referrals if needed
- Collaborate with the event healthcare team to ensure efficient and accurate care
- Document all interactions and findings in a streamlined manner
- Educate participants on health concerns, prevention, and follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with event health protocols and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
