A community health center with 10+ locations throughout northern Indiana is hiring a full-time (in-person) BC/BE Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their team in Kosciusko County, IN! New graduates welcome.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $139,000 plus productivity incentives
