Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements patient care plans; monitors and manages chronic and acute conditions.
- Performs routine physical exams, minor procedures, and administers medications or treatments as appropriate.
- Orders and interprets lab, radiology, and diagnostic tests; coordinates specialty referrals.
- Administers vaccines and completes discharge planning and follow-up care.
- Documents assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up in compliance with professional standards.
- Provides clinical guidance to nursing and support staff.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives, professional meetings, and continuing education.
- Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner certification in Ohio.
- BLS/CPR Certification
- DEA Certification
