Job Responsibilities
⦁ Deliver quality, patient-centered care in a professional and respectful manner.
⦁ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient care needs.
⦁ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
⦁ Document all patient encounters, findings, and treatment plans accurately in medical records.
⦁ Administer treatments and procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.
⦁ Educate and counsel patients on preventive health, wellness, and chronic disease management.
⦁ Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure continuity of care.
⦁ Maintain compliance with infection control standards, safety regulations, and healthcare laws.
⦁ Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and staff education initiatives.
Qualifications
⦁ Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (required).
⦁ Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Knowledge of infection control, medication administration, and pain management.
⦁ Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
⦁ Prior experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred (not required).
