Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary care services in a skilled nursing facility setting.
New graduates are welcome to apply!
An excellent salary will be offered, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary care provider to long-term and short-term residents.
Assess patients’ health by conducting visits, performing physical examinations, and reviewing medical histories.
Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to ensure high-quality, team-based care.
Build strong relationships with residents and families while creating evidence-based care plans aligned with patient needs and goals.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and training.
Promote a safe, clean, and respectful work environment.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and charting of all care provided.
Qualifications
Board Certification required.
Strong clinical and teamwork skills.
Competence in health promotion, medication administration, pain management, and infection control.
Excellent bedside manner and communication abilities.
Experience in a hospital or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Extensive training will be provided.
