Position Summary
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a patient-centered outpatient primary care practice in San Antonio, TX .
This full-time, permanent role offers a traditional Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no hospital rounding, and no call. The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, with the option to see patients of all ages if desired.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Conduct annual physicals and women’s wellness exams as part of routine patient care.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and support personnel to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR – eClinicalWorks).
Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyles, and chronic disease management.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Texas Nurse Practitioner license; national FNP certification required.
Experience: Prior outpatient or family practice experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Language: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
