Salary: $136,080 – $151,080 per year

Seeking a full-time mid-level provider to join a family practice clinic. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, including individuals with behavioral health needs, in collaboration with physicians, ARNPs, and RNs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of patient care experience and be skilled in physical assessment, minor procedures, and chronic disease management. Bilingual providers are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and manage illnesses within the ARNP scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other licensed health professionals to deliver coordinated care
Provide care for patients with behavioral health needs
Perform minor surgical procedures as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Promote patient education, preventive care, and health maintenance
Qualifications
Active Washington State RN and ARNP license
DEA registration
BLS Certification
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in primary care or related patient care setting
Experience with minor surgical techniques preferred
Bilingual preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
