Job Title: FNP
Location: Salem, OR 97301
Duration: 1 year to long term
Schedule: Standard Shift 8am -5pm
• Develop and manage individualized care plans, including prescribing psychotropic and other medications within scope of practice.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Refer patients to specialists or community resources and ensure follow-up.
• Manage patients with complex behaviors in a secure inpatient setting.
• Participate in teaching and mentoring of staff and students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities:
• • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic physical and mental health conditions, including forensic populations.• Develop and manage individualized care plans, including prescribing psychotropic and other medications within scope of practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Required Documents:
• Active Nurse Practitioner license.
