Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our community-focused outpatient family medicine clinic in Dewey-Humboldt, AZ. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Clinic
Our Dewey-Humboldt clinic is part of a mission-driven primary care network serving both rural and suburban communities across Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and Medicare visits
- Diagnose and manage acute conditions and minor injuries
- Provide chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.)
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging
- Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation with synchronous scribe support
- Coordinate referrals and manage transitions of care
- Participate in clinical quality initiatives and practice improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Arizona NP license
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
- No history of malpractice or disciplinary action
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP program
- (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not accepted)
