Position Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Location: Prescott, Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Clinical Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine

Travel Requirements: None

Compensation & Incentives

  • Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
  • Incentive Bonus: RVU-based performance bonuses available
  • Sign-On / Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $15,000 (depending on experience and eligibility)

Position Summary

An established outpatient family medicine clinic in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or on-call duties—ideal for providers prioritizing both patient impact and personal balance.

The clinic promotes a streamlined, patient-centered model of care with onsite scribe support, collaborative team dynamics, and manageable patient volumes to ensure focus on quality over quantity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient panel across all age groups
  • Conduct annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose and manage common acute conditions and chronic diseases
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on lab results, imaging, and diagnostics
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, medication adherence, and lifestyle management
  • Coordinate care with onsite colleagues and external specialists
  • Accurately document all clinical encounters within the EMR (supported by full-time scribes)
  • Maintain an average daily patient volume of 10–15 visits

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
  • Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based NP program
  • DEA licensure (or eligibility to obtain) in Arizona
  • Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
  • No history of disciplinary actions or malpractice claims
