General Medicine Provider - Veterans Evaluation Services

Job Details:
• Perform compensation pension exams and separation health assessments for Veterans • Multiple location options: Provider's own office (within 50-mile radius), Lincoln, NH (1 day/week), or Lebanon, NH (1 day/week) • PRN basis, ongoing need with flexible scheduling • Option to work half days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-hours) • One-time non-treatment CP exams and separation health assessments • Primarily interview-based exams with some physical assessment (range of motion testing, muscle strength testing) • No prescribing or treatment responsibilities • Quick credentialing and onboarding process • Acceptable specialties include: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or experience with general medicine/compensation and pension • Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions • Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) • Requires active and unrestricted full license in New Hampshire • Must complete DMA training to become DMA certified • Must not be active military duty, in reserves, or actively employed at the VA • Follow-up administrative work required (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics) • Local candidates only, travel included in rates

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
