Facility:
This facility is part of Veterans Evaluation Services (VES), a government contractor helping our nation's Veterans. They provide Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across multiple locations in Arizona, focusing on quality care for those who have served our country.

General Medicine Provider

Job Details:
• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for veterans • Multiple locations available: Flagstaff (2 days/week), Sierra Vista (2 days/week), Tuba City/Chinle (1 day/week), Nogales (2 days/week), Safford (2 days/week), and Payson (1/2 day/week) • Providers must live within the specified mile radius of their assigned location (30-50 miles depending on location) • Some positions require providers to have their own office space • PRN basis, ongoing opportunity • Option to work half days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-hours) • One-time non-treatment CP exams and separation health assessments • Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing • No prescribing or treatment involved • Quick credentialing and onboarding process • Eligible specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or anyone with background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension • Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions • Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) • Requires active and unrestricted full license • Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified • Administrative work required on a regular basis (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics) • Local candidates only, travel included in rates

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $85 - $100
